Combining a background in technology, analytics, and multifamily acquisitions, John focuses on identifying high-quality apartment communities across the Sun Belt and building long-term value through disciplined underwriting and experienced operating partnerships.

Ross Ramsay

Ross Ramsay is the Founder of Ramsay Architecture & Design and brings more than six decades of experience in architecture, land planning, entitlement, and real estate development. Throughout his career, he has overseen the planning and design of more than 3.3 million square feet of commercial and residential projects while master-planning over 8,000 acres across North Texas.

At Motiv8 Capital, Ross advises the firm on acquisition strategy, development feasibility, site planning, entitlement risk, redevelopment potential, and long-term asset positioning. His insight strengthens the firm's ability to evaluate investment opportunities from both an acquisition and development perspective, supporting disciplined underwriting and value creation throughout the investment lifecycle.
